All carriers must check in no later than 4:00PM on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, with standard ground service at the exhibitor's expense.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
